Saddened to hear this update

Having trouble understanding the court site. Looks like the trial didn’t happen on 6/23/25 & there is a new date of 8/11/25. Please can somebody else take a look. It may just be me due to inexperience of looking at/interpreting the court site, my apologies if I’ve confused things!

@Niner Yes, for both defendants ( Case # 2024CR00264) date for Jury Trial 6/23 ATES is also facing additional charges ( Case # 2024CR00252) for 1. Aggravated Assault 2. Cruelty to children 1st degree 3. Battery violence-Family Jury Trial 7/14

It looks to me as if ATES is facing additional charges ( Case #2024CR00252) & is in court 5/19/25 for Jury Trial ( or possibly just a hearing??) Then they are both in court ( Case # 2024CR00264) for Jury Trial on 6/23/25. Does that sound likely Niner, or am I misinterpreting the information?
