Not OP but CeCe Moore was interviewed in the Our Precious Hope documentary and said two distant family members were located, but they did not react positively and refused to assist. Hopefully things have changed since then.

Yes, this is accurate. I emailed Hal Brown about this Find A Grave listing back in October and he confirmed the match was made a year ago, just waiting for formalities from the Delaware medical examiner.
She was not reported missing and did not live in Delaware.

Hal Brown retired a long time ago but still researches this case and others. After a series of scandals, the Delaware Medical Examiner’s office was turned over to the Division of Forensic Science, so that’s who you would need to contact.
