You don't have to charge someone with something to take it to a grand jury. If you take it to a grand jury and ask for an indictment only the prosecution presents evidence, doing it this way keeps the defense from seeing what evidence you have. Grand jury testimony and evidence is secret.

I don't think it's anything to worry about. I think they are just making sure they can give the grand jury the full picture when they present all the other evidence. I really believe they are going to try to indict him for murder and need to be able to present all the evidence they have.

My bet is they will try to indict him for murder at the same time they present the evidence for all the other charges. They don't have to charge him with murder to try to get the indictment. I bet it will be a one stop shop.

I should have said he would have let him in. I don't think he went in the house at all. I think he just reported it after being told where it was from WH.

They were let into the house. CF was their friend. I also believe that WH convinced them that CF did something to her. I don't believe for a second they were doing anything to hurt the case intentionally. These boys love AJ like a sister and have been friends with her since they were little. I...

I can only find two conversations. The phone call and the staring at each other at the gas station. ( the gas station was only a stare at each other event. Lol)

Exactly! Texty saw him in the truck and he saw Texty. I believe AJ was already dead at this point. She was probably in the truck somewhere. I think that's why he focused on him so hard. He wanted to make anything he said suspect.

Rock solid! WH thought he had an easy target but we all know he's not that sharp.lol in his interview he kept saying that Texty saw her and she saw him. He was trying to pin everything on him.

This is how I think it really went. MOO Texty kid saw WH pull up to the house Texty kid saw WH go into the house Texty kid saw WH leave the house Texty kid saw WH bring the truck back to the house WH knew he had a problem but also knew Texty kid didn't know that he wasn't supposed to be there...
