So according to the first link, the obstruction charges and possession of ammo are going to the grand jury and the B and E and harm/maim fowl were dismissed. Hmmmm.

Yes, but the only charges being taken to the grand jury are the obstruction of justice and ammunition.
I thought for sure the breaking and entering would make it as well.
