Location of the body was a 30-minute drive from her property, outside the 10-mile search radius. They were led to him due to some form of potential contact he had with her (I think they said "painter" for his occupation.) They believe the contact was very limited.

Arrest just occurred, lots more investigating to do.

Just saw this, so I saw the press conference after it started. Suspect in custody, Carlos Fuentes Flores (sp?). He led them to her body, which was found off Hwy. 58. All info from the press conference linked above.

According to the following, she is a realtor and broker/president of the firm she owns with her husband. California Realtor reported missing team I wish we had more info. Is her car also missing? Did she have an open house that day? Cellphone located?
