    I grew up seeing his missing poster everywhere. I lived in PA and went to the beach in Jersey so his abduction was kind of local for me. The pedo that may have kidnapped him was in PA. I tried writing to him and Butcavage blocked me.

    This seems like a good law for the guilty but the justice system doesn’t always get the right person. There are other factors like guilty people lie. Some people dispose of a body so there is very little evidence. It seems like if you are innocent you are getting punished.
