    It’s my understanding they got home around 11:30 and then went to bed but were not asleep.... if I remember correctly

    Do we know where the neighbors were coming from at such a late time? It’s probably already been discussed but could they see the Closs house and if lights were on and such?

    Yes we do, however its not based upon months. Its when 2 parties mutually consent and hold themselves in a public manner as husband and wife.
