I believe multiple outlets have reported the victim stated in the first incident she has had a friendship with him for around 5 years... He is a very nice person who will do anything for someone if asked but I think he clearly has been leading up to this break for at least a month... He should... -

I went to school with Dennis elementary through HS and knew his mom quite well then... Not going into detail out of respect for his parents, I can understand why the victim didn't press charges in the first incident... He has a mental illness, he was an easy going kid who wasn't aggressive...
