A bit lost here. So the media will not have access to the documents, that was denied. BUT.. in the court room on Feb 19th people who are in that court room can just walk out and tell us what they said. I listened to the press conference and the DA said specifically the evidence will be presented...

I heard another clip from CBS where this RS lady said she never met KK... so, that statement would make no sense. Basically she is filling the public’s heads with what she thinks is the truth and NOT fact. Really infuriating.

Absolutely protecting this witness. Thats why no info and his attorney is whining about no info. The girl is probably scared to death with what she was part of. IMO.

Well if someone brought that phone to Idaho for him, with technology the way it is, they probably located the person that had the phone and they are also busted. I think there is 2 people that helped. One helper, one he asked to commit the murder, i really feel like both are talking.

Because the helper did not hide the body.

My thought on this is that her mom had to remain calm the entire time before he was arrested. She knew they broke up, she knew he was a nasty human being. IMO she was playing along so her grand daughter would be FINE and he would be jailed. Imagine that strength!
