Gannon was terribly abused by her.

I have two kids. One is a 5 year old little boy. I’d never embarrass him about incontinence but above all, I would not take my kids out with a GI illness. Ever. Especially in my husband’s truck. He would Lose. His. Mind.

Does she have the money to pay a defense attorney? And she is not entitled to a public defender until she is arrested. Unless she has financial assistance from relatives, she may be financially strapped.

If she had an attorney, I would think she would keep her mouth shut.

Technically, she tried to say she took the selfie when they returned that afternoon and that the timestamp would prove that, but everyone speculated that she actually took the selfie before they left that morning (since we don't have any proof of him coming back with her later).


Here's what she said:

You're right, she didn't actually come right out and say the selfie was taken when they returned, but the implication is there (in the sentence immediately preceding the one about the selfie), when she refers to the speculation that shadows around the truck prove that Gannon came back with her that afternoon.

Wouldn't Al want to buy his own bike? My son is very particular about his mountain bike. No way his wife would go and pick one out for him.

Ans what's the big hurry? The poor kid has stomach issues and bowel problems, bad enough he can't attend school. But there is some big urgency to look at hockey equipment for him because he has 'shown an interest' in it?

Ugh hopefully that did not include purchasing a hockey bag for said equipment

So the crime unit visit yesterday and search announcement isn’t what set her off.

Yep. Makes me wonder if she fed him something to make him sick on purpose. Set him up for an 'accident' then gave him a 'remedy' that made it even worse,and caused internal damage. That would explain him being sluggish,and hunched over when getting in the truck, also is why she didn't take him to a doctor because then they would catch on. Run test, talk to him,ask him questions. MOO

This made me think of a photo in the case archives from one of the first times crime lab was at the house. If I recall correctly there is a photo of LE walking down the driveway bringing like a small stack of things out and one appeared to me to be like a low casserole dish with aluminum foil covering it. I really don't think I'm making this up, but I have a very difficult time with the photo archive. Does anyone else recall this photo and/or can find it?

Apple watches since version 2 do have GPS. They record positions of where the person is, and then when wifi reconnects to that person's phone, they put the data into apps on that phone (like MapMyWalk). Apple says step and fitness data (including where you walked) is available for 30 days and as soon as you are near your phone, it goes into the Cloud (is the way I'm understanding it - I hope someone else weighs in).

LS seems to be agreeing that her Apple Watch tracked her that day so she is "good to go" when it comes to explaining her actions.

You know the first thing I do when one of my kids has an accident in their pants and an upset stomach? I leave my phone at home, get lost, and go bike shopping for 4 hours.......said no one EVER!

This alone is telling. So we are to believe Gannon was snatched up right there in that development, some time very soon after heading out the door that day, as NONE of the boys friends saw him that day.

With all of the explanations and various details she has provided...clearly she is not going to admit to anything or lead LE to Gannon...that is not going to happen. LE is going to have to find him on their own, if possible.

I am really not sure what happens if they can’t find him. So far, we have not seen any more, or any less as far as proof of murder than in the many cases that have never been resolved...and no charges ever filed. Charges like child endangerment or obstruction won’t be enough to scare out a confessions. I feel for LE in these cases...I really think it is easier to show that a missing adult is deceased than a child, thanks to electronics, banking etc...
