    I see him running with a black bag. When he gets to the roof edge he lays it down, dangles off the roof, grabs the bag, and drops off. You can kind of see it when he runs.

    I was literally just thinking about this. There is also such a thing as just plain evil. Sometimes I feel like making such blanket judgments (I've done it, too) is a disservice to the truly mentally ill. JMO
