I had NO idea that police had a theory about what happened to Kara! I just read that in the article....very interesting....and I wonder why they are declining to say!! SO praying for closure today.

I watched this last night, also and am also disgusted that OPD won't take tips?? I don't understand. HOW are they supossed to get any tips - the family that is?? Is this true? FBI won't take tips, either? I just don't get that. Not saying the family is lying...but it just makes no sense...
