Me too. I wonder if they can or will increase the amount of bail with this newest revelation. I also wonder if the "suicide" case will be reopened.

I read that 2nd degree murder means intent to kill but without premeditation. That's a bit confusing to me - how can one "intend" without premeditation??

    CO- Dylan Redwine, 13, Vallecito, 19 November 2012 - #11

If he IS in a body of water, isn't there kind of a "timetable" as to how much time passes before a submerged body is expected to surface? This is obviously assuming that a body would not be caught on limbs, etc. And I think the water temperature has a lot to do with this but I can't...

Granddaughter came to visit me recently for several days with just a small backpack - airline charged for anything other than a carry-on, so she wore the same clothes several times and did laundry here.

Not mistakes, IMO. Looks to me as if he's making up his own real crime scene "game" - placing the backpack, cross, body parts, etc. as "clues" in his sick game. And don't most murderers think they're smarter than anyone else?

Theories we have regarding Kyron's disappearance

I've been away from this case for ages - trying to catch up a bit. Can't remember the name of TH's girl friend, the gardener. Is there any indication that she - the gardener friend - is being watched or has she made any recent remarks? Seems like her closeness with Terry might have some...

Do you believe that this case will be solved?

I keep checking this site almost daily because I feel that this is definitely going to be solved and I want to be here to watch the proceedings unfold. I have no gut feelings as to how or when, but someday it will be solved. That innocent little boy's body will be found within a few miles...
