Going back to the original video, I don't see where the shooter was in a position to engage with Renee prior to shooting her in the face, as shown in the video of her speaking to whoever was recording. He wasn't next to the driver side after exiting his vehicle - he was in front and to her...

This case is devastatingly heartbreaking. Why even have children? Poor little ones - both of them.
