That’s an emotional distortion of what happened from my perspective. This isn’t about being fine with killing, dancing or personality. She was interfering in a federal operation (like it or not, they are doing their jobs), parked her car perpendicular in the darn road, she refused commands, she backed up, again she’s being told to get out of the car, she backs up, then accelerates, a four thousand pound moving vehicle coming at the agent, her vehicle then made contact with the agent. In that split second it became a perceived lethal threat assessment. Multiple shots are fired because officers are trained to shoot until the threat stops. There is no rule that one shot is enough. His aim was deliberate and targeted.

It’s incredibly sad that Ms. Good* has been killed. It is. I’m also relieved this agent was not injured. He was doing his job.

Si now what. This could be a civil case, that I strongly believe goes no where. Perhaps criminal charges, again that I believe goes no where.

Tennessee vs Gardner is the standard that likely rules in favor of the agent.

All my opinion

Probably the gun went off because the officer was Jolted when he got run into. And he was a part of the group taking part in detaining the... persons of interest.
He had a gun in one hand and his phone recording in the other. That alone was super super unsafe and there is no way that was protocol. It was during the day with, as you said, many officer's around. Their mandate is to detain illegal immigrants, not US citizens, and she was not being threatening.

In watching many views I never saw him jolted, I saw him shoot a citizen in cold blood for absolutely no reason

Did you watch the hundred of videos? She was shot by his gun pointed at her face, dud you hear what he called her afterwards??
I did and yes I found it disgusting but not surprising, MO

The owner/administrator of WebSleuths made a reasonable determination that for this emotionally charged case, the reaction emojis be disconnected. Why are posters continuing to post reactions in other ways? We are guests here.

Going back to the original video, I don't see where the shooter was in a position to engage with Renee prior to shooting her in the face, as shown in the video of her speaking to whoever was recording. He wasn't next to the driver side after exiting his vehicle - he was in front and to her left. I also don't see a phone in his hand. I do see him walk away normally and certainly not injured in any way.

I'm saying the Gov't isn't interested in what happened. They have already convinced their supporters along with attempting to convince everyone else their preferred interpretation of events.

So even IF the FBI conclude that there was no justifiable reason for the shooting it would not matter one iota to the Gov't and its supporters. Not only that, even if it went to trial and he was convicted he would probably be pardoned by the President.

If the folk of America are happy to elect a convicted 34+ felon, sex assault criminal who bypasses congress and flagrantly abuses his powers to control the nation and the world, then their judiciary system is meaningless.

A "🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬" who was 'dancing' and "blocking the road" is just grist for the mill

JMO MOO

The video clearly shows her trying to drive away, she did not intentionally hit the ice officer, however, she did hit the officer with her SUV (weapon) and is very stupid for driving away from law enforcement who are ordering her out of her vehicle. She was reckless and put the ice agent in jeopardy, However, the ice officer is also an idiot for walking into the SUV potential escape path. One idiot with an SUV and one idiot with a glock = bad situation.

Is his dear father proud of his son calling Renee a f***ing b*tch two seconds after he shot her in the face three times?
How tremendously Christian of him.
IJS and IMO.

He wasn't in any jeopardy when he fired two bullets at Renee through the driver's side window.

That's what I saw also. But I'm being told what my eyes saw were lies. IMO

It is your perception that she hit him with her car. This is not what I saw in any of the numerous videos from all angles that have been shown. The situation was chaotic - ICE officers on either side yelling opposite commands. People need to do some research in what ICE officers are juridistically allowed to do. They are not LE. As far as I could see there was no "raid" going on here.

They absolutely are armed federal law enforcement with real federal authority. imo

Perhaps. But, their job, ostensibly, is to apprehend criminal immigrants - not to shoot unarmed, American mothers in the face. IMHO.

yes, they are law enforcement. They enforce immigration law.
