We are all entitled to our opinions, and don't always agree with one another. I believe it will be a just review of the events.

The video's show Good's Honda is blocking traffic in the street, which is why this group of LE officers was called for. But a real instigator to the incident is the protesting partner who is saying things to taunt the officers who are than detaining the driver and this is why the gun was drawn. The gun goes off when the officer was run into,
If he was standing there holding a full cup of coffee, there would be coffee spilled all over. And her turning the wheel only proves she was driving away to escape from being detained.

Hi folks. I wanted to let you know that reactions have been disabled for this thread in order to (hopefully) edge the conversation closer towards the facts of the case and away from the emotions attached to it.

A reminder once-again that Websleuths is a-political, and posts that don't advance the interests of the case, and instead trade in political barbs, snipes, and jabs, may be moderated.

So you consider drawing a gun on somebody verbally taunting you an appropriate reaction? Showing the possibility of deadly force for somebody thumbing their nose at you, basically?

I'm assuming the ICE guy had his finger off the trigger unless, of course, he planned on discharging his firearm anyway,

That being the case, what part of the vehicle managed to pull the trigger?

Renee Nicole Good seen ‘dancing’ as she blocks ICE agents for several minutes before fatal Minneapolis shooting

Is this an acceptable reason for an agent to shoot her in the face three times?
She is not committing a crime in this video.
Peaceful protesting is a constitutional right in this country.
Also, victim blaming is really gross.
IMO.

Imagine thinking someone's a psychopath for dancing but thinking the person who shot someone repeatedly in the face and killing them, is just fine...dear god. Jmo.
That’s an emotional distortion of what happened from my perspective. This isn’t about being fine with killing, dancing or personality. She was interfering in a federal operation (like it or not, they are doing their jobs), parked her car perpendicular in the darn road, she refused commands, she backed up, again she’s being told to get out of the car, she backs up, then accelerates, a four thousand pound moving vehicle coming at the agent, her vehicle then made contact with the agent. In that split second it became a perceived lethal threat assessment. Multiple shots are fired because officers are trained to shoot until the threat stops. There is no rule that one shot is enough. His aim was deliberate and targeted.

It’s incredibly sad that Ms. Good* has been killed. It is. I’m also relieved this agent was not injured. He was doing his job.

Si now what. This could be a civil case, that I strongly believe goes no where. Perhaps criminal charges, again that I believe goes no where.

Tennessee vs Gardner is the standard that likely rules in favor of the agent.

All my opinion

Moo....LE will not stand in front or behind an auto. There are rules.
Military will stand in front or behind an auto... therefore trapping auto and occupants...it the auto moves they then have the right to use lethal force. Same rule different way of using it.....moo

How could he hold a cup of coffee? He already had his phone in one hand and gun in the other.
