He's a talk-show host on KARN-FM. He has a FB page. My initial impression isn't too favorable, but I'm open to other views. He questions the legality of the gag-order and suggests there's a "story behind the story." Conspiracy theories have a heavy burden of proof in my book.

Maybe. The investigation is ongoing, so perhaps another arrest is possible. The suspect's BF handled a good deal of money for the victim and had power of attorney. Not drawing any conclusions here, but the case should be interesting to watch.

Well, this is indeed terrible news. BO has been charged with the murder, as well as with evidence tampering and abuse of a corpse. Rebecca O'Donnell charged with capital murder in killing of former senator Linda Collins-Smith Files remain sealed.
