If you google Arizona inmate search, enter the last name and first initial, and click on inactive the first name to pop up is James Daniels, who had similar infractions as the one you mentioned. There is a photo of him there.

The missing James Daniels was only traveling through Arizona. He lives in Wyoming. He also has a very different face from the man in the mugshot, imo
