He was last seen on September 2, 2021 leaving work at Solvere LLC in Belmont, NC. Ledford’s last contact with family members was late Thursday night September 2nd/early morning Friday, September 3rd. Ledford’s last known contact with anyone was on September 3rd, when he texted his work supervisor and advised he would not be at work that day. Ledford left his cell phone at home and disappeared.

When Ledford was last seen, he was driving his 2012 Chevrolet Cruze, 4 door sedan, black in color. The vehicle has a NC registration plate of TEL-2108. It also has a NC State Wolfpack tag on the front bumper.

The Gaston County Police Department said 50-year-old Jody Wayne Ledford was last seen on Sept. 2 in the Dallas and Stanley area. He was last known to be driving a black Chevrolet Cruze with North Carolina license plate TEL-2108.

Police say a man disappeared nearly two weeks ago after telling his boss he wouldn’t be at work then leaving his phone at home in Gaston County.

Police say Ledford’s last contact with family members was late Thursday night Sept. 2/early morning Friday, Sept. 3.

Ledford’s last known contact with anyone was on Sept. 3, when he texted his work supervisor and advised he would not be at work that day. Ledford left his cell phone at home and disappeared.

His work: Solvere LLC in Belmont, NC.

Missing Gaston County man was last seen leaving work, police say

He was last seen on Sept. 2 leaving work at Solvere LLC in Belmont. Ledford’s last contact with family members was later that night. Ledford’s last known contact with anyone was on Sept. 3 when he texted his work supervisor and said he wouldn’t be at work that day.

Police said Ledford left his cellphone at home and disappeared.

Ledford is described as a 5 feet, 8 inches tall and185 pounds with salt/pepper hair and goatee. He also wears glasses.
