I've just checked the case docket, and there's nothing new to be seen. My assumption is that the judge has taken the motion to reconsider under submission - wondering how long we - and Ms. Komoroski - will have to wait for an answer thereto ........

I am in complete agreement with you. Unlike Brianna Moore - who snuffed the life out of her newborn and then put her in the trash - this girl placed her baby in the safe haven shelter, which speaks volumes. And, tragically, these are not rare, isolated instances. It's all just so heart-breaking.
