A lot of judges do that so that their rulings are ironclad and there isn't so much room for appeal of a verdict.

This is an image from the front door camera that was found on backup systems basically. LE did not “miss” this.

My parents are a few years younger than her but if we drop them home we wouldn’t go in with them, we would watch them enter the house...
