on the grand jury , it shows for each count a year amount is that how much time he will get with each charge .. so it totals over 40 years if I am figuring this correctly... or is this just a base line of no less than ... can someone provide clarification to me.. learning how to read those.

yes that is correct he is not the only doctor listed but it is a group suit

for a short time he was a surgeon with Las Vegas Surgical Associates here in Las Vegas Nevada this was a few years ago and he has a pending malpractice law suit in the courts from a patient..

Maybe a court case in Nevada might be some of the reason as it is going to trial ... it is a malpractice lawsuit.
