I'm sure that Jennifer was not concerned about George's well-being. At this point she could not have imagined that he had gone overboard and was dead. If she believed he was staying in someone else's room, how could she not be concerned about this behavior. After all, they had just had a...
The reason Jennifer was able to keep the spa appointment was exactly because she was unable to sleep. Remember, she arrived at the appointment 1 and 1/2 hours early. She was worried about George's where-abouts and her behavior. Why do you think this woman was some kind of monster without...
I agree that if she had gone back to her room, none of this would have happened. I also do not believe that she was so drunk that she could not find her way to their room. I believe she went to the other side of the ship because she did not want to face George so soon after kicking him in the...
Sorry, I was mainly trying to establish the reason for Jennifer's anger. This anger had to be building up over some period of time. I do not believe her state of intoxication would cause her to kick him and openly flirt.
By the way, what is a PM.
I did not for one minute think this was suicide. He fell backward off the railing because he was very intoxicated and lost his balance. This is very easy to do. To say he was stabbed in the heart is ridiculous. If true, there would be large amounts of blood in the room and on the balcony...
I do not understand why you say that this case will never be solved. Please read my detailed explanation on the June 23, 2006 post. Also, I suggest that you read the rather detailed account heard by ex-police officer Clete Hyman and Pat/Greg Lawyer who were on either side of the Smith cabin...
Again, I don't agree with your reasoning. If George's head was cut before the fall there would be less blood on the metal canopy and more blood in the room or on the balcony. Instead, there were only small amounts of blood in the room and none to my knowledge on the balcony. I think I saw...
I do not agree with your reasoning. The ships walls are called bunkheads and are probably made from a very strong composite material. They would not be broken by a fist blow.
George probably pushed his way thru the curtains without opening them. As for the sliding door, he may have closed the door out of habit to prevent smoke form getting in the room. Mr. Hymen noted cigarette butts on the balcony.
I believe Mr. Hymen, the cop next door, said there were a couple of minutes of complete silence before the awful thud. This does not sound like someone throwing a body over the railing. George used the chair to boost himself up on the railing. Mr. Hymen remembers hearing balcony chairs being...
There was just a small amout of blood in the room. A few drops here and there and some on a towel. George probably used the towel to stem the bleeding until it stopped.
In all this horrible series of events, there are a couple of humorous items:
1. Jennifer claiming not to remember...
I can see by the above posts that I will have to explain what happened here in more detail. Many people seem to find it necessary to have murder, sex and drugs involved in this case. Well, their certainly was no murder or drugs. Sex is unlikely, however I will admit that Jennifer's activities...
