They said it was too early in her labor she was 1cm dialated so sent her home til she was further along I believe Luke when a lot of women go into labor they leave hospital sometimes to return further dialated hours later there was no need for them to try cut out the baby since she was so close...

YES I remember this testimony clearly also he sent 3 email to CFM what chase acting as Joey on that phone call wanted to do with the QB and all 3 were never opened and followed through
