Yes I know. But there seemed to be some subtle implication otherwise, so I wanted to make it clear, just in case.

With or without a passport I am not sure he would get into Canada
Can I Go to Canada with a Felony?
Any American that has a felony conviction on their criminal record may not be permitted entry into Canada unless they have received special permission from the Canadian government. Even if the conviction happened 20+ years ago, foreign nationals with a felony may never be deemed rehabilitated by the passage of time and risk being denied entry at the Canadian border even decades later. The Canadian border has full access to all the criminal record databases in the United States, so anyone who has been convicted of a felony will very likely be flagged at the border.

He was stalking them either inside or outside their home. Maybe both and who knows for how long. IMHO this also goes to premeditation. Creepy!
Ha! So Canada would have rejected the two timed felon!
Didn’t we ponder this way back when we considered whether or not CM ever went to Saudi Arabia? Was the SA deal a complete farce? More lies...With or without a passport I am not sure he would get into Canada

Wonder what are the user names of those "people". Do they all have the initials V.P.N.?![]()

What rules did she violate?
I looked this up early in the trial, it was actually easier than you would think LOL The rules were a bit more relaxed I think if you were going over there for work, and that was all he was allowed to do, no travelling or sight seeing while there IIRC Forms had to be completed and submitted beforehand, it looked like a pain in the bum.I was quite surprised he got into Saudi
Probably he just lied

Funny how we need DKs boarding pass but the defence produce no documentation of this
Another fallacy of Diversion. The "CM is guilty" camp alleges the gravesite was close to where he lives/was familiar with, not just the vast desert. It's not the entire Mojave Desert. So he alleged murder the victims hundreds of miles away, then drove them essentially "home" to bury them.![]()
Which job was it that Merritt wrote checks to himself showing completion before the job was done? But was it really said in the State's case that it wasn't completed? All I really remember is someone asking Susan if the calls stopped after he supposedly went, and she said yes.
I don't see how they could see it any other way. MR nailed the closing and pointed out every single lie, "coincidence" and things that make no sense whatsoever. Talk about fallacies...I am heartened to see the guilty votes going up and I just hope the jury see it the same way.
