Tomorrow is the anniversary of Meghan's murder. I just want Meghan's family to know how much they are in my thoughts & prayers...especially tomorrow...

I think that one of the newspaper articles indicated that it was a downstairs window that he went thru. I also would assume that the additional DNA evidence that was used at the Grand Jury last week would have indicated if the "masked man" actually existed...there would have been no way for him...

It appears that if they had enough DNA evidence to upgrade the charges, then they probably have a REALLY good case against Mr. Barnes. :D

My prayers go out for Meghan's family. These new charges have to be a relief to the family...if Robert is convicted he will be off the streets for the rest of his life.

In my humble opinion, if Emily knew that Robert was at Meghan's house on the day she was murdered, that makes Emily an accessory after the fact. Especially since she didn't tell LE that she knew this little bit of info.

I don't know what's on the tape but I'm sure that all or part of that tape will eventually be played in the courts case.

At any time they could have left...and you don't get read your miranda rights unless your under arrest. He could have lawyered up or left...besides the entire interview is on tape...the defense would have proof of any improprieties. I think the defense knows he has an uphill climb and is...

I know how I would react if it was one of my son's teachers! I think it is totally inappropriate to bring this into the classroom and I would be on the phone to the principle and the school board if it was happening in my son's school!

I think you might have to stand in line behind all that know & loved Meghan and her family. While it is a relief to know that someone will answer for this crime, it still won't bring Meghan back. Her parents will still mourn all that they have lost...all those firsts that parents look forward...
