...and now 13 years have passed. I didn't even see any media coverage this year. Truly sad that justice will not be served in this life for this woman who was said to be a dedicated teacher and a devoted mother.

12 long years later... zero answers for Jolene's family. It now appears as if media attention is fading too--I don't see much published on this grim anniversary. Despite LE saying they believed they would solve this in the "near future," sure same like this is the definition of a cold case.

I get that he is underpaid as far as lawyers go. I just thought the timing is terrible. He says they are treading water and struggling, but takes the time to present in person at least two times about needing the $5k. As I have said, if he convicts this guy, he can literally ask for the world...

Nick McLeland is busy asking Delphi council to pay him an extra $5k on top of his $85/hr salary. This is a fact--video to back it up. I think this guy's heart and mind are in the wrong place. Not the time to ask for a higher salary...I just hope he can actually deliver, if RA is guilty

I honestly believe that the cat thing is just a rumour. I obsessively read/listen to everything I can in this case...have not heard any reputable media person mention it, and I'm 100% sure that the PCA/charging docs for RA make no mention of it

Which document stated that there was a match to RA's cat? I don't believe that has been stated...only speculated. It's not in the PCA and the only other available doc relates to RL.
