Theo...or his phone was led to CC on a less visible trek IMO.. There was a quicker and less hazardous path to CC from where Theo was at Tennyson. Why? To avoid being seen by cctv, traffic, people etc? IMO someone decietfully led him or his phone away from public viewing...
