I definitely do NOT see this as any kind of win for Burke Ramsey. He was suing for defamation of character and if he had in any way won, I don’t think allowing the show to be in the public domain would be part of a victory!

The only fact known about the golf club is JonBenet’s injury’s. The rest is what was told by Patsy. Whether it is actually what happened or not, we will never know. She was not likely to say Burke attacked JonBenet with a golf club though now was she?

There is no evidence that I am aware of. But the fact that JonBenèt was murdered and a head blow was involved makes you question that particular event, it would be negligent not to.

I have to agree. You may be right but there is nothing in evidence that proves that. It is all part of your theory. You have to be able to see when you are drawing conclusions (maybe very logical ones but still not facts) and when you are dealing in actual proof.
