Just watched a documentary about Anthony Allen Shore theTourniquet Killer, his M.O. is very similar as was his preferences for victims. I wondered if had ever been put in the frame?

His DNA was in the system as is the only unsourced DNA from the Ramsey case and it did not match. There is also no evidence nor did he claim any involment in JonBenèt’s case and near the end of his life, he appeared to want to confess to all his crimes. I agree the strangulation is sickenly similar but maybe that is because it is simple?
