I think of what happened recently in KY with the I-75 shooter. We had very similar speculations about his escape. He was found about a couple of weeks later from vultures flying overhead. He hadn’t gone far at all from the shooting spot and had taken his own life. Dogs and searchers missed...

I don’t have a link for this - am going from memory of a discussion of this possibility from long ago - but I believe he had rented a vehicle in Salt Lake City the same week she disappeared and only drove a few hundred miles, not enough to get to VT.

After reading the autopsy link, I didn’t realize she had surgical plates in her jaw. Wonder if there are any old Xrays of her neck associated with that surgery (or ER visit?) to see what her hyoid bone looked like back then. Would be interesting to see if there was any evidence of a cyst or...

Indiana is clearly very transparent, not like what we are accustomed to in other trials. It’s been nice to see that the jury has been able to ask questions during testimony.

I have family there, am in the area often. Some other possibilities are that: - He hitchhiked out of the area with a trucker. No one knew who the shooter was for a few hours. He was right there at an exit, could have snagged a ride immediately before the interstate was closed. Or he could have...

Just musing here… Using a similar “Andy Roberts” naming convention, wonder if the “Hawk” came from his taunting of our WS member Hawkshaw who did a prolific amount of LISK work earlier in the WS case history. I think Hawkshaw was retired LE? Was interviewed about the case, maybe?
