I’m wondering if drugs are involved. The article posted about his driving offense it said he refused to be drug tested.

They can be given locked down computers and have supervised access I believe.

Haven't really kept up with this case/thread, I tried to listen to the podcast but agree with others sentiments about it having no proper structure/audio quality etc. I would love to get this "accurate picture", happy for someone to DM it to me if they don't want to post it here? 😅

I saw this elsewhere, someone saying that the interview the doctor did calling her a sociopath etc, that the defense can use this as part of making an appeal... Is this possible or not?

Just watching this now... wow so they had a public memorial led by Simon for his parents, and Erin didn't attend, they have footage of her in her car being asked why she isn't there, she replies my lawyer told me not to talk to you and she drives off.

I wouldn't be paying the person WHO MURDERED MY PARENTS a single cent. IMO.

It does seem that way at times, but I also thought at times it favoured the prosecution, so overall I'm just keeping an open mind for the rest of the instructions before forming a final opinion on it. I would like to think that he is trying to ensure an appeal can't be made.
