I saw this elsewhere, someone saying that the interview the doctor did calling her a sociopath etc, that the defense can use this as part of making an appeal... Is this possible or not?
Just watching this now... wow so they had a public memorial led by Simon for his parents, and Erin didn't attend, they have footage of her in her car being asked why she isn't there, she replies my lawyer told me not to talk to you and she drives off.

It does seem that way at times, but I also thought at times it favoured the prosecution, so overall I'm just keeping an open mind for the rest of the instructions before forming a final opinion on it. I would like to think that he is trying to ensure an appeal can't be made.
