I also wondered about the potential of this child having experienced some sort of abuse from someone at some point in her lifetime. Although, I was abused as a child and I have been horrified of hurting people ever since. But I would imagine abuse has different effects on people.

Well that would definitely be ideal haha I'm in Toronto, whenever I've had to look for roommates they would generally be students around my age, too :) I was never really scared or concerned by it here because there were so many applicants for me to choose from.

Absolutely - I have found 4 or 5 roommates throughout the duration my University career online. I will do a google/Facebook search on them and meet up with them in person before moving them in. Almost everyone I know has done this, it's not uncommon.
Based on the timeline and all I think Victoria lead them to the body. Plus, they didn't seem to have to go through any identification processes before releasing the statement that she had been found?
My theory (before she was found) was that she had been left unconscious on the highway somewhere and then became a victim to the cold and hidden by the snow. :( I think that would explain why they were so careless about stealing the vehicle/bank cards/etc. I hope, that even if it was an accident...
