Sorry if this has been asked before. But... What does "restricted" mean when NCMEC sends an email notice about a missing child? I received an email saying the case for Sachin (http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/s/sachin.html) has been restricted. Thanks.

I really hope you are wrong. Our university has seen so much happen in the past 10 years that adding this is just one more thing, but no matter the outcome, I hope they find out exactly what happened.

This case is one of my "pet" cases too. The other one, Grateful Doe, was solved recently. I hope this one is too, although we may never know what happened. He was my age, a VT student (like me) and I lived in Blacksburg at the time. It will always be close to my heart.

So sorry Blueberry. I also wonder about the W&L sighting too. But it is right off of 81/64 not far from UVa. IF this sighting is true, we have three universities in the area where the MH suspect has been seen.
