Found Safe KY - Cody Tincher, 16, Jackson County, 21 Sept 2017

[FONT=&quot]Sheriff Hayes said that 16-year-old Cody William Tincher ran away from home Thursday morning. The sheriff said they are concerned because he left home with a semi-automatic pistol, four to five hundred dollars in cash, and his family's truck. The truck is a 2003 White Ford F150 with CB lights and a toolbox in the back. The registration plate number is 355-2AD

Truck has a yellow "Choose Adoption" license plate on the back with plate number 355-2AD. Tincher's mother told authorities he suffers from Reactive Attachment Disorder that prevents him from bonding with his parents. Tincher's mother says that also means the teen lacks impulse control.
