If the evidence points to Casey then nothing George and Cindy says will get her out of jail. Even with a "confession", there would have to be evidence to support their claim. I think they mainly want immunity for the clean up they did, for their "mistruths" and for their cover-up in general...

Ok, somehow I missed this. Last I heard, Lee had convinced CA & GA not to give up their DNA without a subpoena. But I hadn't heard anything about it since then.

There's always the chance that LE has found fingerprints on the trash bag or on the duct tape. If they gave G & C Anthony the heads up on pending subpoenas for their fingerprints, it would only benefit them to give it up willingly. The question is, will they willingly give up DNA?

I was going to say the same thing. If the press conference is to show evidence that Caylee is alive, then I want them to also show evidence of who's body was in Casey's trunk.
