Grand juries do not hear misdemeanors. So, if it's going to grand jury it is for a felony.

In the warrant, it mentions that they believe that Arochi has committed the offense of Interference with Public Duties PC 38.15, which is a class B misdemeanor. Maybe they will arrest him for this to put a little pressure on him? We can hope!

I just arrived so I'll go back and look but this guy Osterman's testimony is odd. What makes him an expert in these things he's testifying about? The fact that he is/was an air marshal? Is he is a firearms instructor? Is he a law enforcement instructor? Or is all this simply his opinion?
