    "Jimmy" is not the same James Pierson that took part in Zachary's murder. There are pictures of Jimmy on Brother James myspace page and they are not the same person.

    They are not pleading guilty right away. They plead not guilty at the first hearing and just changed the plea probably because they were facing the death penalty.

    Both Iagulli and Pierson changed their plea to guilty. Aug. 17th is the hearing so we will know more after.

    I don't think he has any children. The only reason I say this is because on his myspace he stated love children, but not for me and because he is gay. His dad has the same name.

    I know he lived in Bordentown NJ, possibly Carrloton Ohio and East Liverpool Ohio. I am trying to figure out why he came to St. Louis.
