I agree. I feel that the grandmother's testimony didn't help the defense at all. I felt like it just reinforced the idea that the victim was left all alone to try to raise Collin.
After watching the trial, I would be very surprised if he doesn't get found guilty. They evidence is overwhelming. It really bothered me how they tried to paint the mother in such a bad light. Bringing up every mistake and bad choice she ever made.
ok, I am trying to catch up. I have been watching the trial and I thought the judge ruled that no one could mention him killing his dad previously. However, during closing arguments he said Collin "had killed before". What did I miss?
