It is Elisha's mom who lives in Leland, Elisha definitely lived in Hillcrest on Dawson.

We have Bradley's daughter living on Dawson blocks from the housing complex where Elisha lived. We have that location on Dawson being referred to as his house...but we know he was also staying at the apartment on Flint. The Flint apartment was where the woman lived below him talked about him...
