I too agree that it was an appropriate move on the part of Deorr's parents. I stumbled across that FB page last week hoping to find updates, but was horrified by the stalking, harassment, and accusations on it. I reported the page to FB for harassment. It was horrible. There were screenshots...

I second the bear question. Is that a possibility? I'm trying to look this up but haven't gotten far as I am multitasking with work and children at the moment. Anyone have knowledge or resources on bear attacks?

Yes, thank you, I had just noticed that too. So arriving back at camp at "about 1," and phone call made at about 2:36.

See, that's confusing, too. What SB says here. "From about 1 to when the call was made 45 minutes later." The 911 call was at 2:36, right? EDIT: Noticing that SB didn't say this. Host said it and SB agreed.

Yes, about 1. Would 12:45 be considered about 1? I think so, but that depends on who you ask. Were there any details on the receipt mentioned by SB, other than LE was given a receipt from the store visit that day?

But wouldn't it be possible for him to have been in the pickup while coming or going, but have gone into the store? Ok, so if it's unbelievable for my estimate of a realistic amount of time to go into a restaurant-slash-gas-station-convenience-store on a busy day with only one employee present...

Yes, I do think it's a possibility. I have two kids under two. After a 40 minute drive, I'd probably have to do diaper changes in the car, and maybe a snack or a drink for them. Plus if going in, taking them out of their car seats, loading them into the stroller, going in, shopping, waiting in...

Well, let's say they were in their car and left the campground at 10:30. They would arrive at Stage Stop at 11:15. Say 30 minutes at the store (our average for a quick stop with children). That puts them as leaving Stage Stop at 11:45. Then back to camp at 12:30. So with approximations, that...

It looked to me like they've gained some strength, too, especially in that second video. They were very careful in both videos to not say, "We're here to find him," but rather, "We're here to find any evidence that may lead us to know where to go from here." Just so utterly heartbreaking.

Video from lastnight at 10, I believe. Second one of the family. Different than the one posted earlier. http://m.localnews8.com/family-speaks-about-deorr-kunz-junior-search-efforts/36036226

Is there any way to find out what type of camera that drones use? Because to me, it looks steeper because of a fish eye lens, like those used in Go Pro cameras.

Yes, but what if nobody had to sneak in and out? What if Deorr wandered not too far away, but far away enough to be taken by someone unnoticed? I once had a dog stolen like this. The lady who was watching him left the back door open, and the dog wandered to an open house next door. The real...

LOL Yes, that guy. I wouldn't go so far as to say 100% "useless," as it will have interviews with the parents and IR. Maybe there's something there. The Missing 411 news page on Kickstarter didn't have a release date, but I'll be staying tuned for more information.

I have a feeling that, based on the sheriff's statement that they can't investigate every staring person, that JM may very well have mentioned it early on but it was brushed off by LE.
