He was released from jail in Miami on 1/22/04. Then I can't find anything until an arrest 6/19/06 for DUI in Power County, ID. Several media sources have reported that he has records in SIX states. I can only find WA, ID, UT, MT and FL. People magazine has mentioned CA, and another source...

The ex could have given him money. Or paid him to do yard work? Or he could have sold some drugs? Or sold stolen items? Police should check the security cameras at the Target near The Lake Stevens Transit Center. His arrest in MT was for stealing electronics from Target.

It wouldn't make sense for him to wait 2 hours at the bus stop. Google maps says it's a 10 minute walk. There are a few bars in that area, a Target, a grocery store. There is a gym...not saying he worked out...but it would be a place to shower and get cleaned up?

That's an interesting question. Two bus lines serve Lake Stevens. The 425 is a commuter bus from Seattle that only runs on week days. The 280 from Everett runs on weekends. Last drop at the LS Transit Center is 8:15. That's about a 15-20 minute walk from where he was arrested. He would...
