Found Deceased IN - Abby & Libby - The Delphi Murders - Richard Allen Arrested - #157

Hi, I just started to look into this case and haven't been on websleuths for years. There are so many threads and adds making it difficult to find relevant information, so I would really appreciate if someone could tell me what the sketches of the suspect were based upon?

Thanks, but I'm not able to watch it through their website, the app is not available in my country. :/

The Case of JonBenet Ramsey-CBS Sept. 18

It's quite frustrating that I can't watch the show in Finland. Hopefully it will be uploaded on youtube.

    Trial Discussion Thread #50 - 14.08.8, Day 40 ~final arguments continue~

WHY could it not have been from the toilet? Was the toilet door soundproof? I have a toilet next to the bathroom (door between) and definitely screaming from the toilet would be heard outside if the bathroom window was open.

Really? I didn`t know that. Edit. As for taking responsibility, "he made a mistake" is sarcastic to me.

Yes, in answering the judges question. He said look- OP admits he made a mistake.

Morning from Finland, +1 hour to Pretoria. I can accept that OP was fearful of intruders but why is everyone (Nel and Roux) ignoring that he was not alone in the house but was sharing the bathroom and bedroom with Reeva, you must consider that when evaluating the reasonability of his panicked...

Judge's Order re: OP's Mental Health Eval Thread #42

I believe it could. There is also "caffeine-induced anxiety disorder" in DSM-IV. "Caffeine and Anxiety Most people know that caffeine can cause anxiety-like symptoms, including heart palpitations, rapid heartbeat, elevated blood pressure, jittery feelings and insomnia, when consumed in...

Judge's Order re: OP's Mental Health Eval Thread #42

I hope the judge hasn`t read it because it might compromise her objectivity. If this was a jury trial, a potential juror who has read OP`s autobiography and is sympathetic towards him would probably be rejected by the prosecution in the selection process.

Judge's Order re: OP's Mental Health Eval Thread #42

"What would be the point"? He is not supposed to know what is behind the toilet door and if the bullets hit the "intruder/s". So the point would remain the same as before the shots.

Judge's Order re: OP's Mental Health Eval Thread #42

Even if OP had GAD and it affected his reactions I do not believe that the thought did not cross his mind that it was Reeva in the bathroom/toilet before he shot and that he did not check if she was in bed. BTW. If OP heard the magazine rack moving then wouldn`t he have also heard the toilet...

Judge's Order re: OP's Mental Health Eval Thread #42

Fortunately there really is no objective reason for the judge to dismiss ear witness testimony given under oath about a woman and a man arguing and screaming.

Judge's Order re: OP's Mental Health Eval

Well, good for you if there`s no question in your mind about it. :) I really can`t tell if he saw her. I can easily imagine a domestic fight were the other one threatens to break through the door if the other one doesn`t come out (or get the f... out of their house), and also intensified screams...

Judge's Order re: OP's Mental Health Eval

Shoot (sorry), I can`t post to the previous thread anymore. Just a reply/comment to 44ALLAN This pic shows that the last bullets hit the panel next to the door handle, the panel that he broke down with the cricket bat and/or kicked it down, right? I did not mean that he tried to shoot the...
