I don’t know if the “burned clothing “ discussion is totally finished already but when I hear of burned clothing in a possible crime situation I think of bloody clothes worn by a criminal not necessarily the victim’s clothing.

Not being confrontational but...why are people so convinced this situation is anything more than a tragic accident? Here in Cleveland we have an entertainment district on the river and young people out drinking and partying have ended up dead in the river many times-I know the family members...

Whoever this body turns out to be, I return back to the simplest explanation may be the actual one- drunk folks walking and stumbling around on docks,and sloping riverbanks drown very often. If there are no signs of violent trauma it may be a tragic accident, whoever this poor soul may be.
