Puyallup is a quaint good area. I knowna ton of resources like shelter and so forth but in puyallup directly he can get by with sleeping places and dumpster diving for food. Hell Costco for samples and walk the mall and library during the day. I would check the pioneer area by the library...

I'm from the area. The narrows bridge back in my day was used to say as a joke or when stressed that I'm going to jump off the narrows bridge. I'm not really sure that young people go skating across the bridge. I drive across it maybe every 6 months and used to more frequently and never saw it...
