IMO trying to match people to reconstructions is rarely constructive. It's been necessary before Othram, but at this point DNA needs to be used if at all possible. Give this man back his ID.

After watching the video, I disagree with the parents (I do understand their grief though, personally). She is the one that acted inappropriately. She could have killed an officer, homeowner, pets, etc. She did extensive damage to people's property. <modsnip>
