    I read somewhere that Claudia did not like her hair 'too blonde' and so if it was lighter than she liked she may have dyed it darker, more of a chestnut brown, when she got back that afternoon, OR evening which explains the dark splatters on the toilet lid.

    What if the bag he was carrying was used to remove items from the house like hair straighteners and chef's whites for 'some' reason. OR what if it was Claudia's rucksack he was removing, with said items inside??? OR how big was her rucksack? It could have been inside another bag, concealed...

    My thoughts exactly Butterflynat. They are quite noticeable splatters too. Perhaps she was interrupted part way through dying her hair.....hmmmmm

    I have zoomed in on the toilet seat lid, and very small brown specks are visible on the right hand side, which look to me like hair dye??? Could this have happened during application??

    When I dye my hair I always stand my bottles either on the toilet seat lid or on the window sill. I also ALWAYS use gloves as I don't want to dye my hands :blushing:
