    I am confident that Panola County DID have shortline crews that went outside, because I read where a former sheriff had been tagged for having them install siding on his house. Here where I live, I believe all the county lockups have crews that go out daily.

    it seems obvious from pictures filtering out of the facility that contraband seems to be pervasive and readily obtained inside amongst the gangbangers... SOMEONE is muling it in.....
