I used to do social media for her when I worked as a freelancer. I didn’t manage any posts related to the videos of procedures; I handled evergreen content and some basic graphics. But this is crazy to see!

I just saw Shariah on an Instagram live. She told her story and she is safe. I won’t go into many other details, but she is not wanting to go back to her mother. I’m glad to at least see she is safe.

It’s hard to tell. There are a lot of comments saying they have spoken to her, including a couple that say they are family (aunt, cousin).

So, I never know what is okay to post or not, but I’ve seen a lot of things on social media that show she is safe and happy, but not wanting to go back with her mother. Nothing from MSM so I’m just going by what I’ve seen and read.

Thank you for posting this. My son goes to this school, but he said he doesn’t know her and doesn’t know anyone who does. This is really heartbreaking. There is a walk on Saturday to pass out flyers and search for anything. I plan to attend!

I know! My son just turned 17 but I still worry so much. He was also into Pokémon cards at 13, and I can’t even imagine going through this.

I live in Indianapolis and I did not get an Amber Alert. Also, I know the area of that Papa John’s, and there are several restaurants around there, so it’s definitely possible that they were at a nearby place eating.

Agree. My son’s father and I are divorced and he refers to us as “my dad” and “my mom” to the other parent.

Same. I write press releases for work quite a bit (although not legal in nature), and I felt this writing was subpar.
