I was struck by the fact that they immediately put handcuffs on him. Followed shortly thereafter by leg irons. Prison staff provided the keys only after he was pronounced and moved to the morgue.
And I agree w/you knt. I think the DT and their client were every bit as stunned with the verdict as the PT and the general public were. That verdict was a gift from an inept group of jurors. A travesty and the DT didn't pull anything out of their hat or anything else! They stumbled...
I'm pretty sure KC would have preferred being in LE's "custody" than in her parents "custody"! It's not like she had many options. She certainly couldn't seek refuge @ Tone's. :floorlaugh:
Oh yeah, it was pure comic relief. CM would ask "What?" and everyone felt obliged to answer him, in unison apparently. LB's attny also got in on the act!
CM is going to have to pull himself together before this trial starts. Things aren't the way he thinks they are for some reason. It was...
I'm mostly PO'd because in her first depo she lied about having turned in the docs and she knew it to be a lie back then. She was fully prepared to breeze through that depo by lying and thought no one would be the wiser. And I think that LB is still lying big time about how much info was...
No, in her Aug depo she was represented by her NJ lawyer. He went on the walkabout in May w/them. I suspect when he found out that the matter had turned into a criminal investigation, he bailed on her. She retained a FL attny before the Nov depo.
I liked the bit about how while LB was looking around in the woods on Suburban Dr., she found herself standing on a gator's tail. Apparently the thing hissed at her and scampered off in the opposite direction?
Yeah, as if... GMAB
Yet another one with britches ablaze.
On 9/21/10 OCSO generated a separate case file # to investigate the possibility that LB "knowingly and unlawfully created and presented a document (Form A) knowing it to be false". Congrats LB! You've managed to become the subject of your very own criminal investigation! :loser:
To be fair...
I just wanted to say before we're locked up here, I LOL'd until I had tears in my eyes. You have to be of a certain age to appreciate the comment, but I am and I did. That was awesome. Thanks for the laugh and the visual!
When KC picked up Amy @ the airport she was without Caylee. KC told Amy that she was somewhere(?) w/the nanny, but she was excited because she had been able to talk to Caylee via phone earlier that day. I'm sure Amy related this info to CA on the ride over to TonE's place, and she really had...
